In “Cultivating Latino Arts” Sampsonia Way profiles María López De León, Executive Director of the National Association of Latino Arts and Culture (NALAC), along with some of the San Antonio, Texas-based organizations and artists that have been NALAC grantees.

Harvey Mireles, executive director of San Anto Cultural Arts in San Antonio’s West Side, discusses his history with the organization’s growth, why they offer all of their programming for free, and how San Anto’s mural program has changed the neighborhood over the last 20 years.
