In “Cultivating Latino Arts” Sampsonia Way profiles María López De León, Executive Director of the National Association of Latino Arts and Culture (NALAC), along with some of the San Antonio, Texas-based organizations and artists that have been NALAC grantees.

Orlando Graves Bolaños, Deputy Director of Education at the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, talks about several of the Guadalupe’s programs that use art as an experiential teaching tool and how Latino arts organizations can help cultivate the next generation of Latino artists.
