Description and Reader Names: The SpeakEasy Pitt Reading Series is a showcase for the voices of the University of Pittsburgh’s writing MFA program, and is meant to support and engage the creative communities within both the university and the city.

Readers include: Leigh Thomas, Jennifer Howard, Nikki Carrol, and special guest reader Marc Nieson.

All are welcome to attend, partake in refreshment, and hear spectacular works of poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction, as read by the program's students.
