Description and Reader Names: We are a small group of recent graduates who either studied writing in school, or were interested in writing and needed an outlet. While there are a plethora of readings throughout our city, there are few opportunities outside of college to give or receive formal feedback. We began this workshop as an excuse to meet regularly and talk about it. HAHH (or Tee-HAW) believes that with additional feedback comes additional motivation. The writer being workshopped comes first. Our focus is especially on prepping work for submissions, because y’aint a writer unless you submit. The Hour After Happy Hour meets every other week during the hour after happy hour at the Big Idea Bookstore free of charge due to their generosity (tip your barista). We want you to join us.
