Description and Reader Names: As part of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s Community Engagement strategy, the
Library’s Board of Trustees and staff will host a meeting with the general public to discuss 2012 accomplishments and
plans for 2013.

The meeting agenda includes a “State of the Library” presentation, time for an open question and answer session and the
announcement of the Library’s 2012 Advocate of the Year Award recipient. The meeting will be followed by light
refreshments.
Residents and community leaders who are interested in providing comments or questions are encouraged to register in
advance by 5 pm on Wednesday, March 20. Speakers should send name, phone number, mailing address and email
address along with a copy of their questions or comments of three minutes or less to feedback@carnegielibrary.org,
