Description and Reader Names: Take your poetry to Hollywood! We'll study focus in the poem: wide angles, close ups, panoramas, and montage. In the words of that famous screenwriter and poet, Professor Brilly Charles, 'A poem is a screenplay without the screenplay.' Join us for a lively evening of discussion, a writing exercise, and witty dialogue from presenter Charlie Brice, writer/poet. Charlie has an extensive background in writing in many genres, and is particularly fascinated by his evolving understanding and experimentation with poetry. No writing experience needed. Prepare to be delighted! Free. Call Laurie Arnold-McMillan 412-337-4976 for questions/directions.
