Cartoon: Hissène Habré Trial

Hissène Habré, the former dictator of Chad, is being charged with committing tens of thousands of political killings, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and torture. Habré will stand trial before the Extraordinary African chambers in the Senegal Court System in this landmark case on July 20.
