Description and Reader Names: Local food blogger and cookbook author Jessica Merchant is the second guest in the 2015 Penguin Bookshop Writers Series! Jessica, who runs the food blog 'How Sweet It Is,' published her first cookbook, 'Seriously Delish,' last September. Her talk is entitled 'From Blog to Book.' She'll be speaking about the process of food writing, and of turning a successful blog into a successful book!

The goal of PBWS is to unite published writers with aspiring writers, aspiring writers with publishing professionals, and curious readers interested in the author’s craft with professional writers.
