Description and Reader Names: Anne Waldman is the recipient of a 2013 Guggenheim Fellowship and the Poetry Society of America’s Shelley Memorial Award and was recently appointed a chancellor of the Academy of American Poets. She is the author of more than 40 books of poetry, including, most recently, GOSSAMURMUR. She was a founding member and director of the Poetry Project and cofounder of the Jack Kerouac School of Disembodied Poetics at Naropa University.
